1. Agreement

By playing MatchingStarz you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The game is operated by MatchingStarz. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The game

MatchingStarz is free to play. You can play as a guest or create an account to save your scores. We may add, change or remove features, levels and symbols at any time.

3. Your account

• Give a valid email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames appear on the public leaderboard, so they must not be offensive, misleading, or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

4. Fair play

Scores are checked by our servers. Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or other players. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and trademarks

The MatchingStarz name, logo, the mascot "Jay", the artwork, music and sounds are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play only.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that scores and leaderboards will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MatchingStarz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
